Having trouble Registering?

  • Usernames and Passwords from the previous system will not work. You will need to re-register
  • When you register your details will first be verified against existing records in the database. This data has been loaded by club and regional administrators. If your details appear, you can select those and continue the registration process
  • When you click the register button and nothing happens, chances are you have not captured all the fields of information. Scroll and and look out for any red alerts indicating what is missing. Please make sure you have captured the required fields (indicated with a red *). Also, make sure you have captured Postal AND Physical address details

Having difficulty finding your suburb?

The address pages filter the suburb list based on the town you select. Sometimes the town is not obvious so please look carefully at the list. For instance, you may live in Waterfall and think of it as a suburb of Durban. However, Durban is too broad an area and in this data, Kloof is considered a town. If Kloof is selected as a town, you will see Waterfall as a suburb of Kloof. Your suburb is almost certainly listed.
